How to Sign Up & Book Training Sessions

We make signing up and staying informed simple and flexible for all athletes and families.

Step 1: Choose Your Training Option
Select either the $40 Daily Drop-In or our Monthly Training Package based on your needs.

Step 2: Complete Registration & Payment
Register and submit payment through our website to secure access to training.

Step 3: Join Our GroupMe
After registering, you’ll be added to our GroupMe, where we post the latest updates on training schedules, locations, cancellations, and special announcements.

Step 4: Attend Scheduled Sessions
No additional booking is required—just show up to the sessions announced in GroupMe.
